Beautiful full bodied Red Gum Honey with TA rating of +35.
Red Gum honey is an Australian active healing honey. It is produced by the bees visiting the delicate, creamy white flowers of the Eucalyptus Corymbia calophylla tree (also known as the Marri Tree) that is native to many parts of Western Australia, flowering every year from February to the end of March - sometimes into beginning of April. Where the flowers are abundant they produce both pollen and nectar which is so ideal for our bees to sustain them over the winter period.
Tested for its activity by the ChemCentre Laboratory based here in Western Australia.
